B.L.I.N.G.G. Gala a Success!!
The Gateway Heath and Wellness Center was proud to present and host the 1st Annual B.L.I.N.G.G. Reception and Gala on Friday, May 17, 2013.
B.L.I.N.G.G. is a grassroots non-profit organization that was started by the two young women who had a vision and share a passion for helping young people achieve their dreams and reach their potential. B.L.I.N.G.G. stands for Building Leading Intellectually Nurtured Girls and Guys.
The Reception and Gala was to honor the 1st class of GEMS who completed the program which is held at Marion Franklin High School. B.L.I.N.G. has much to be proud of. The Organization is giving the tools to young people that will be necessary to help them to compete and be marketable in the 21st century global economy and marketplace.
For a friday night, the event was well attended. The young people were awarded and celebrated. A portion of their media projects was displayed. There was also a silent auction and raffle give away.

BALLROOM RENTAL AVAILABLE
Looking for an affordable venue to host your next party or event?
The Grand Ballroom located in the Gateway Health and Wellness Center is avaiable for rental. We rent the Ballroom on an hourly basis; $90.00 per hr for Non-profit organizations and $120.00 per hour for the General Public. The Ballroom holds 200 people at round tables. We offer a Sound Room to play both audio and video media, free parking and a great view of Downtown Columbus.
Claudia Williams, Caterer Extroadinare, creates a fine dining presentation for your event. She offers a food and beverage service to fit your budget as well as your needs for your guests.
